Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website nationalradiolicensing.com (the "Site") and the FCC license renewal filing services (the "Services") provided by National Radio Licensing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Who We Are

National Radio Licensing is a filing service that assists businesses with the preparation and submission of FCC license renewal applications through the FCC's Universal Licensing System (ULS). We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Federal Communications Commission.

2. Description of Services

Our Services include:

We charge a service fee for this filing assistance. Our fee is separate from, and in addition to, any fee the FCC itself charges for the underlying filing. We are not the FCC, and payment to us does not constitute payment to the FCC of any government filing fee that may separately apply.

3. No Legal Advice

Nothing on the Site or provided as part of the Services constitutes legal advice. We recommend you consult with qualified legal counsel for legal questions related to your FCC license or regulatory compliance.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not liable for filing errors, delays, or rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you supply.

5. Fees and Payment

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

We use commercially reasonable efforts to prepare and submit accurate filings. However, final approval of any FCC filing rests solely with the FCC. We do not guarantee that any filing will be approved, approved within a particular timeframe, or approved without further FCC inquiry.
